The GuestBusters welcome book is a personalized digital interactive guide for each property. It includes essential information like check-in/out instructions, WiFi codes, emergency contacts, local restaurant and experience recommendations, transportation info, and area-specific tips.
It depends on location, guest volume and the experiences guests book. You earn 2% (Free) or 8% (Pro) of the value of experiences booked through your book within 14 days of the guest opening it. You can follow everything in your dashboard.
We support 20 languages including Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and more. The Free plan includes 4 languages, while Pro offers all 20. Guests can switch between languages instantly.
You earn 2% on the Free plan and 8% on Pro on the value of experiences booked through your book within 14 days of the guest opening it. Commissions are tracked automatically and shown in your dashboard.
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), data access is restricted to your account, and your book can be password protected. We process data in line with the GDPR.
Payments are processed monthly via direct bank transfer. The schedule is: January commissions paid in March, February in April, etc. This allows for a 30-day period for cancellations. Minimum threshold is €25 for SEPA transfers.
Guests access the book through a unique link or QR code you share. The book is mobile-optimized and works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. The interface is intuitive with easy navigation and interactive features.
